GPM's objective was to modernize its identity and platform, as well as to adapt the discourse and message it wished to convey to its users. With the goal of developing direct and indirect sales channels, the company sought to differentiate itself from the competition with a clarified image and positioning. At the website level, the objective was to improve the user experience and conversions. If we wanted to tell the whole story, the website could not have a classic look. With an innovative concept based on a discussion model between the brand and the users, the site is differentiated by its dynamism.

Visual identity

GPM was looking to differentiate itself from the competition with a more distinct and modern identity. Leveraging conversions by appealing to the user with a simple yet powerful design, providing a high level of interactivity and custom product design were our goals throughout the project. The high level of customization allows the user to be totally immersed in a playful and interactive environment. Product ownership is the key to the success of this platform: thanks to the many existing modules, the user can easily design his own custom box and have it delivered in the quantities of his choice. The conversion is done naturally, whether the user is a company or an individual.

From « Groupe Premier Medical » to « GPM », the public discovers a transformed brand identity. The company now projects a distinctive, modern and technological image. The LEEROY teams have put together a new positioning statement and key messages that highlight the distinctive properties of the brand and its offering. The logo and graphic charter have also been renewed. The website has a new look following the redesign. Thanks to the optimization of its architecture, particularly through the member portal, the site offers a more fluid and intuitive experience to its users.

Application

The GPM app was created for iOS and Android devices. Creating an app means a new brand experience and new conversation flows between the brand and its users. The brand becomes mobile, and accompanies its members more closely. Being available to them, a better personalization is offered. As a result, customers have access to their records and can perform transactions at any time, anywhere.
