With an impressive professional background deeply rooted in the digital world, Vincent Ramsay-Lemelin has recently joined Leeroy in a newly created strategic position. His arrival marks a significant commitment from the agency towards creation and strategy as a whole. He will oversee all creative teams and integrate with senior management, participating in all strategic decisions of the agency. This new phase builds upon the development of an experienced management team that was initiated a few years ago and is now gaining momentum.

Specializing in brand strategy as well as digital solutions and products, Vincent joins Leeroy with extensive experience aligned with the agency's positioning. He served as Executive Creative Director at sidlee from 2016 to 2022, was a judge for FWA, and led workshops at La Factry. Vincent has actively worked on renowned international accounts including Samsung, Apple, and The North Face, to name a few. His professional journey includes several other relevant experiences, including roles at Designstripe, Mirego, and Dentsubos. He is also a recipient of prestigious industry awards such as The FWA, Webby Awards, One Show, Marketing Awards, MAA GLOBES, MIA, Boomerang, Idéa, Créa, and Grafika.

"I am particularly excited to bring my unique expertise and full focus to the agency's growth project," says Vincent Ramsay-Lemelin, Chief Creative Officer. "From our very first meetings, our visions aligned naturally. I don’t believe the industry knows all the talent working here at Leeroy, from creation to technology and strategy. With all this hidden talent and everyone's willingness to step up, I sincerely believe that the coming years could be surprising."

"Vincent's integration underscores the key role that creation plays in shaping our agency's culture,” explains Pierre-André Roy, CEO. "From day one, he has already brought a significant dose of know-how and momentum, reinforcing our confidence to seize new large-scale opportunities. The position of Chief Creative Officer is a vital cornerstone for realizing our ambition of being a human-scale fully integrated agency. Offering our clients consulting services, brand identity, content strategy, marketing, digital experience, application development, and complex ecosystems represents a unique positioning in the industry, particularly for a mid-size agency, and this is Leeroy's niche."

"Vincent's arrival is already generating momentum and significant results," adds Nicole Tarazi, Partner and VP at Leeroy. "He has highly structured strategic instincts which are essential for addressing the challenges and opportunities of major brands. His business sense and holistic vision are truly focused on the needs and goals of clients, which aligns perfectly with our approach. Vincent's joining will also help anchor an even more coherent and inspiring brand image for our agency, which is already strong in its digital DNA. I have no doubt that his presence will greatly attract new talent and offer us significant growth opportunities."

Vincent’s onboarding will foster unity in the creative vision while facilitating creative processes for partners. The new structure will enable the team to manage creation more autonomously with clients at all levels of the company. The new Chief Creative Officer will also be expected to work on all agency key projects, contributing to unite the team around increasingly higher standards. In a constantly evolving digital environment, he will strive to adapt with agility in response to trends and client needs.

"During the discovery and discussion period, Vincent demonstrated finesse and business intelligence while showing a superior engagement potential in the growth project," details Pierre-André Roy. "The stars quickly aligned and our respective goals proved to be very complementary. Vincent brings international experience and invaluable expertise in executing integrated projects, allowing us to stimulate our aspirations. We extend the warmest welcome to Vincent and are proud to count him among us."
